Real Estate Transaction Management Customer Portal

I am in the Real Estate niche. I am trying to figure out how to create a customer log in portal where parties to a real estate transaction can log in to check the status of their transaction. For example: when an appraisal was ordered/delivered or same for home inspection, title commitment, buyer loan approval, etc. This could be a static page with opportunity custom fields, or something similar. It would be great if it were able to have unique logins for buyer, seller, buyer agent, seller agent, etc that only showed specific information depending on the user logging in to the portal (and be opportunity specific). If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate the input. Thanks in advance.
