Question - "Have the same funnel for multiple clients. Some clients say the leads are amazing and others say they are 💩…"
Answer - This is one of the most common situations in agency land, and it's almost never one thing. Two places to look:
1. Is it even a lead problem? Before you touch the marketing, you need visibility into each client's data. Same funnel, same leads — but one client calls in 5 minutes and the other calls the next day. That's not a lead quality gap, that's a follow-up gap. Until you can see what happens to the lead after you hand it off, you're debugging blind.
2. Same niche ≠ same message. Just because two clients sell the same thing doesn't mean the same angle and positioning is congruent for both of them. Their value prop, how they sell, what their inside sales team looks like — all of it changes which leads convert for them. This is exactly why you build multiple angles and offers within the same niche as you scale: you'll find some clients kill it on certain platforms and certain ad angles while others do terrible on those exact same ones, and vice versa.
First step: talk to the client and get the outcome data back. Then compare — are certain angles or funnel positions working better for certain clients? The offering is the same, but the fit is unique to each one. Match the angle to the client instead of blaming the funnel.
