New to GHL, how should I automate this?

Hey guys, I have leads coming in through a Facebook Lead Form.

Normally I reach out to get a bit more information about the work they need doing, and then ask for their full address.

I'd love to automate this with AI but I don't know the best approach.

Do I:

Build a bot under Settings > Conversation AI V2 (using the intent and goal stuff)
Use the workflow Conversation AI nodes to build branching logic
Use something like Closebot or Zappychat

As a new user it's not clear what the right solution is. Would love some guidance. Thanks.
