Lead quality
I’m currently running ads for a real estate buying agent in the Netherlands. Leads are coming in, but the quality isn’t great. Right now we’re using a simple static ad → FB lead form (with 4 filter questions) → free strategy call.
Do you think it would make sense to test a VSL landing page or a lead magnet first to pre-qualify and warm them up? Anyone here with experience on what works best?
