I want to reactivate a database of 60,000 customers
Hello. Over the years, I've accumulated a database of 60,000 customer email addresses. The open rate is 3%. This is very low. Most of them have been purchased a long time ago. I sell facial rejuvenation courses and cosmetics for women. I want to know if there's anything I can do with the database or if I should simply delete 97% of it to avoid paying.
