Anyone leveraging NLP (Natural Language Processing) in lead scoring or follow-up workflows?
I’ve noticed some systems showing up high on the lead list after the DR stage — seems like NLP is powering part of that.If used right, this could be a game-changer for both client results and conversion rates.
