There Is Only One Master
When someone says to me, “You are my master,” I gently smile and reply:
“No, Jesus is the only Master.”
I may encourage you, pray with you, or walk beside you, but I will never take the place that belongs to Christ alone.
A true follower of Jesus doesn’t point people to themselves—they point people to Him.
Our role is to serve. His role is to lead.
May our lives always reflect His love, His humility, and His truth, so that every heart is drawn not to us, but to Jesus.
“You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am.” — John 13:13
Jesus is the only Master. We are simply His servants.
