Hey Friends- I want to know your opinion on something very near and dear to my heart. The more I study and read and watch honestly the more I see the demand for health/fitness in our young children today! I just read that 1 in every 5 kids are either overweight or obese!!! That is insane and also very concerning to say the least. I am very passionate about this because honestly this was me when I was a kid and it was terrible in school as kids can be very mean and I didn't have social media back then so I can only imagine what it is like now for a young child who is overweight. I am really wanting to start/implement a program for these kids but what advice does anyone have who is currently doing any sort of program like this??
