We will no longer answer customer support questions through social media comments or messages, including Skool, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Substack, and LinkedIn.
Here’s why: when order changes, requests to add products, and order-status questions arrive across several platforms, the details can become scattered. A comment on one platform and a message on another can make it difficult to follow the full conversation—and we don’t want anyone’s request to get missed!
Keeping support in our dedicated channels helps us stay organized, follow your requests accurately, and take better care of you. Please send any pending, unanswered social media requests to our email or phone number above.
