I started my day with full moon yoga from my fav yogi (she is doing a January Challenge) then I headed to a cemetery, and burned paper with all the things that I want to release and I ended my day writing in my new manifestation journal! Happy Monday! I’ve been off social for a whole week now! So that’s why you guys are getting all the photos! It’s been very nice to take a break and I feel like I am accomplishing a little bit more and definitely consuming a lot less. My mindset started with doing the blackout and sticking it to the man, but in the end, I’m more focused on consuming less in all areas so this weekend for me was a lot about slowing down, spending time and connecting!
