At Christmas dinner, I asked all of my family what their word of the year is. Mine is Joy! Last year it was freedom. But beginning with winter solstice and moving into 2026. I’m looking for joy and if it doesn’t bring joy, it’s not for me! Today I was laughing and smiling a lot and my kids asked me if I was drunk lol. I only had one drink all day so I wasn’t. I was just leaning into Joy which meant not being rushed and being calm not taking on too many responsibilities just enjoying the day. That’s the kind of energy I want from now on! Have you decided on word for this winter season and beyond?
