Omg I have to say this rise is giving me energy.... thank god for that cos when your a mum of 2 toddler boys who are going through sleep regression and a cleaner, you need something to pick you up... I'm down to 1 coffee a day but no more afternoon slumps and energy until bedtime. Only wish I'd started it sooner 😉

OMG girls I have to share this 🙌 I’ve been taking the Radiance collagen for just under 4 weeks and I swear my hair feels so much thicker close to my head!! I know it’s not supposed to show changes in such a short space of time and maybe it’s just cos I need a hair cut so the ends are thinning out but fingers crossed it’s the collagen already doing its work!!!

Sooo.... I've been using the Rise collagen for nearly three weeks and I cannot believe the difference I am seeing in myself now and it's not just the ones I was expecting! Not only can I see the difference in my skin but people are actually starting to comment on it now, which is just awesome. But the very best part?
