Hey @Natasha Pearson, I finally remembered last night and it was soooo tasty I’ve even remembered to do again! lol 1/2 Cup Porridge Oats 1 tbsp Chia Seeds 2 scoops Refuel (Chocolate) 1 cup Almond Milk Give it a good stir and chuck it in the fridge overnight.. High protein breakfast ready for the morning!

I’ve always been a coffee enthusiast first thing in the morning, the occasional hot lemon and honey if I’m feeling I need a pick me up, but now I won’t start my day with anything other than RISE! Natural boost of energy - check! Mental clarity - check! Nourishing my skin and giving me that all important collagen glow - check! Plus it’s Mango flavoured … love! Tbh as soon as I read Mango I was in - but I’m absolutely loving the way this makes me feel inside out I love to add frozen mango to my RISE and water (sometimes with some fresh spinach) to give it that extra oomph too! Sooo.... I've been using the Rise collagen for nearly three weeks and I cannot believe the difference I am seeing in myself now and it's not just the ones I was expecting! Not only can I see the difference in my skin but people are actually starting to comment on it now, which is just awesome. But the very best part? I've been able to considerably cut down my caffeine intake! I was taking 4 zero sugar Red Bulls most mornings but now I only need to take one! I cannot believe it! I've just started Radiance too now and cannot wait to see what differences the next three weeks brings!
