Two best friends just launched a Substack and Skool and we are Elated!
Hi. We're Dr. Fay Gersh (Occupational Therapist, OTD, MBA) and Nicole Pekerman (Registered Dietitian, RDN, MBA).
Between us: 30+ years of clinical/entrepreneurship experience. Two MBAs. One friendship built on voice notes about nervous system regulation and text threads about healthy recipes & workout dates.
We created Glow Move Heal because we got tired of watching smart, motivated women drown in wellness noise and walk away more confused than when they started.
So we're doing something about it!
