Lord, I ask You to sever every ungodly attachment and remove every negative influence, residue, bondage, oppression, memory, and spiritual weight connected to these relationships and experiences. I ask You to restore, cleanse, heal, and redeem every part of my soul, mind, will, emotions, and body that has been affected or fragmented through these connections. I call back every part of myself that was wrongly given away through unhealthy or sinful relationships, and I surrender every area of my life fully back to You, Jesus. I forgive those who hurt, abused, manipulated, rejected, violated, controlled, or spiritually misused me. I release them to You and choose freedom instead of bondage.

Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God.” Today I speak directly to my soul. I command my mind, will, and emotions to align with the truth of God’s Word. I renounce every lie that tells me I am forgotten, hopeless, or defeated. Jesus, You carried my griefs and sorrows on the cross (Isaiah 53:4). I give You my heaviness, despair, and sadness, and I receive Your joy and peace. I declare Nehemiah 8:10, “The joy of the Lord is my strength.” I put on the garment of praise instead of the spirit of heaviness (Isaiah 61:3). I choose to lift up worship, even when I don’t feel like it. I declare that my soul will not stay downcast but will rise and praise the Lord. I rebuke the enemy and his tactics in the name of Jesus. Every demonic weight, pressure, torment, and fear. I command you to loose me now. The blood of Jesus covers me and breaks your power. Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). I declare that His finished work at the cross has set me free from every bondage. I declare Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon formed against me shall prosper.” Holy Spirit, fill every place where oppression tried to sit. Let Your peace, power, and presence surround me. I declare freedom, clarity of mind, and breakthrough in my spirit. I walk in the freedom of Christ, for where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (2 Corinthians 3:17). In Jesus’ name, Amen.

I repent for every time I have sought the approval of people over Your approval. I repent for believing lies that I am not loved, not accepted, or not enough. I renounce the spirit of rejection, the spirit of fear, and the snare of people-pleasing. I break every agreement I have made knowingly or unknowingly with these lies, and I cancel their power over me by the blood of Jesus. Lord, I declare that my identity is rooted in You alone. Your Word says in 2 Timothy 1:7 that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Your Word says in Galatians 1:10 that if I seek to please man, I cannot be Your servant. Today, I choose to live for You alone. I command every spirit of rejection, fear of man, and people-pleasing to leave me now in the name of Jesus. You have no authority over my life. I sever every chain and every generational pattern connected to these spirits. I decree that I am accepted in the Beloved, chosen by God, and sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. Holy Spirit, fill every place in me where rejection, fear, and people-pleasing once lived. Fill me with boldness, confidence, and the love of the Father. Teach me to walk in my true identity as a child of God, free from the opinions of man. I declare today that I am free. I belong to Jesus.
