LLC and US marketing platform
Hello everyone! I have a question. I don't live in the US, but I work in digital marketing for some platforms in the US (e.g., Google AdSense). If I open an LLC and the payer is a US entity, does that qualify as engaging in US trade business?

Hi Paola! tks! Even though Google USA is the payer, but I live outside the US, wouldn't I have to pay taxes in the US? The important point is where I perform the activity that will pay me. Is that it?
LLC owner change
Hello everybody. I'm looking to open an LLC for investment purposes and stay free from inheritance/estate tax if necessary. I know that just opening a single member LLC (and without being engaged in the American economy) does not guarantee this, I have to have another layer on top of this LLC, which would be the owner of it being another company in another country. In my case Portugal. Therefore, my question is to open an LLC now and start investing in an American brokerage with this LLC and in the future transfer the ownership of this LLC from myself to another company opened in Europe. Is this easy to do, on the US side? Live long and prosper, Marcelo Magalhães

@Paola Moreno Ok. But just putting my investments in an LLC won't protect me from estate tax, right?
Best state for LLC just for investments
With are the best state for formation a LLC just for investment. It nos for sale and any kind of business… is just to create a US broker account and trade stocks, bonds, ETFs, etc. So the “main mandatory requirement” is to be cheaper for formation and annually.

Questions about personal bank accounts
I am interested in opening a personal account at a bank in the US (Chase, BofA, CreditOne). I already have an ITIN, but I do not have a residential address in the US. So I have two questions: 1) what is the best website to get a reliable residential address (that can be used to open a personal bank account); 2) do any of the banks I mentioned above accept remote account opening? Or can I hire someone to open the account for me? Tks Marcelo Magalhães Live long and prosper
Business address question - iPostal1 is good?
Hello everybody! Can you tell me if the ipostal1.com service for having an address in the USA is good? I researched some addresses in NYC with the "rules" that James taught, Address is present in USPS data, RDI: Commercial, CMRA: No and I found some good ones for 9.99 or 19.99 good international redirection (US to Portugal)

Cool... I did not know about fax/phone plan... I will search for it. Do they redirect correspondence to an address outside the USA? Another doubt... you use iPostal1 for company address ok, but you still use a registered agent (with his address) to register the company, right? They are different things.
