Do I need a Resale Certificate ?
Hey everyone,
I'm the owner of a foreign-owned single member LLC in WY. Do I need to apply for a resale certificate when selling through Amazon? Even if I don't have a physical shop or warehouse in WY? If yes, what is the process to apply for the certificate and will it be valid in every state within the US?
Or is the certificate only necessary if I purchase products in the US and re-sell in the US?
