Did you choose a specific classification to target? (i.e. only dry van or only reefer classification, etc.)
OR did you take whatever classification you could sign as a carrier? (i.e. dry van carrier and reefer carrier and hot shot carrier, etc.)
I have been talking to truckers at truck stops and some point out they have box truck, reefer, dry van, etc. I have been told some make more money than others just based on market prices for traveling (i.e. reefer makes a little more due to its freezer capacity). I have also been asked if I work with specific classifications or turned down from tankers when talking about freight.
