Now I know some things about dispatching, when is the right time to find a carrier...

Hello, I am John and I started a freight dispatch company called To the Ends Freight Dispatch (TTE). I live in the Denver area of Colorado and I plan on making a mere $2000 per month in dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.  Build connections and confidence in the business to grow personally and professionally 2.  Steady income growth to provide for my family and pay off debts 3. Learn a new skill such as dispatching For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  My wife, baby, and I explore different places in Colorado a few times per month 2.  We started watching the James Bond movies from the beginning...Dr. No (1968) 3.  I have a few woodworking projects that I am doing around the house Where should we explore next? (If you have other suggestions other than what's in the poll, let's hear them, we love exploring!)

Did you choose a specific classification to target? (i.e. only dry van or only reefer classification, etc.) OR did you take whatever classification you could sign as a carrier? (i.e. dry van carrier and reefer carrier and hot shot carrier, etc.) I have been talking to truckers at truck stops and some point out they have box truck, reefer, dry van, etc. I have been told some make more money than others just based on market prices for traveling (i.e. reefer makes a little more due to its freezer capacity). I have also been asked if I work with specific classifications or turned down from tankers when talking about freight.

For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Produce and engineer music in the studio we have motion studios in vero beach florida i work at sometimes. 2.  Hang out with friends and family, playstation, and going out on the boat!
