im 16 and i have some questions!

hey im writing this to ask all the pros to ask some professional questions

1- how do you find lanes as a complete beginner. since im working on getting a carrier i dont have experience studying or analysing routes

2- how do i negotiate with brokers without ruining my rls with the said broker because a negotiation is where both sides go happy

3- how do i analyse and create, modify data for the carrier since i am new

4- what are the best trucks to work with

5- how to build a strong rls with a carrier

6- and lastly how to work with multiple carriers at once

please let me know the answer to all the questions i asked and if you do i will be extremely grateful!!!
