👋 Hi, Dispatcher University family!

Hi, my name is Brittany Basinger.

I live in Sacramento, California and I plan on making $10,000 per month dispatching trucks, with a driven purpose to obtain financial freedom, create true work-life balance, and build generational security and legacy.

This isn’t just about income for me — it’s about ownership, stability, and building something that lasts.

I want to be transparent: I am in a season of challenging myself. I’m stepping into completely uncharted territory, and if I’m honest… it’s exciting and terrifying at the same time.

I’m pushing myself to be brave even when I feel unsure. Growth doesn’t happen inside comfort zones, and I decided I’m no longer living small.

So yes — I’m nervous. But I’m also committed.

I’m stepping into this industry intentionally. I’m here to build something real, sustainable, and professional.

I’m committed to becoming an asset to the carriers I work with.

I want to get these 3 things from this course/community:

1. Clear systems and structure — I want to master the foundations the right way so I can operate confidently, and with integrity, while avoiding costly mistakes.

2. Confidence in negotiation and communication — I want to speak with brokers and carriers like a true professional and position myself as valuable.

3. Community and collaboration — I truly believe proximity matters. I’m here to learn, connect, and also pour back into others. As I grow, I fully intend to share what I learn with the next person coming up behind me. I’m not here just to take information — I’m here to build relationships and contribute value.

For fun I like to do these 3 things:

Spend quality time with family and the people closest to me.
Sing, dance, laugh, play, learn, grow, camp
Explore with my GS, Miliko 🐾
