Free vs upgrade version

Hello everyone, I’m considering upgrading to the paid Dispatcher University and wanted to ask for some insight. What are the main differences between the free and paid version? Does the paid program offer additional or more advanced courses, or is it mostly the same content with just a few extras that aren’t included in the free course?
