a little one on one training wont hurt no one, right?

ok so i have everything set up on my tuck AI. and now i want to run ads to my funnel and make cold calls, this is my new life. is there anyone out there that can pretty much hold my hand on what to do next? how can i shadow someone to get more accurate on what my next steps are. cold feet maybe? how do y'all get your first carrier and find loads without them absolutely loosing there stuff because you need there MC# to access the load board.??
