Trigger Filters Now Show in Workflows đź‘€
GoHighLevel just made it a lot easier to read your automations
The new feature is called trigger narration and it shows workflow trigger filters right on each trigger card inside the workflow builder. You don’t have to click into the trigger to see what it’s doing anymore.
The filters show up clearly under the trigger name.
If the trigger has a long list, you’ll see a +X more label. You can also click Details to open a side panel with the full list of conditions. No more guessing or backtracking just to check the logic.
This feature is perfect for:
âś… Agencies reviewing lots of client workflows
âś… Teams working together on automations
âś… New staff who need to understand logic quickly
It doesn’t change how your workflows behave. It just helps you see what’s going on faster. That means fewer errors, better communication, and quicker builds.
It’s a small change, but one that saves time and reduces friction. If you use GHL workflows every day, this is worth turning on today 🔍
