Smarter Xero Sync Is Here ๐Ÿš€
If you use Xero and GoHighLevel together, you'll love this update.
GoHighLevel has introduced new Xero Contact Sync controls that let you decide exactly which contacts are imported into your CRM. No more clutter from suppliers, vendors, or contacts you never intended to market to.
Previously, every active Xero contact synced automatically. That meant customer records were often mixed with suppliers, making Smart Lists, workflows, and marketing campaigns harder to manage.
Now you have complete control.
โœ… Sync all contacts
โœ… Sync only customers
โœ… Sync only suppliers
โœ… Sync specific Xero Contact Groups
You can also decide how supplier records are handled.
With the new Split by Type option, suppliers are stored as Business Records instead of appearing in your main contact list. That keeps your CRM focused on customers while still giving you access to supplier information when you need it.
Why does this matter?
A cleaner CRM means:
โœ… Better email targeting
โœ… More accurate workflows
โœ… Improved Smart Lists
โœ… Better reporting
โœ… Less time cleaning up contacts
The best part? Existing Xero integrations won't change unless you update the settings yourself. That means you can switch over whenever you're ready without disrupting your current workflow.
In our latest guide, we walk you through everything step by step, including where to find the new settings, how to configure them, and which options are best for different business types.
If you rely on Xero and GoHighLevel every day, this is one of those small updates that can make a big difference over time. Full Post Here!
