AI Builder Now Tests Workflows Too

You can now build or edit a workflow with AI Builder, then test it directly inside the same chat.

That means less jumping around, less digging through logs, and a much faster way to check if your automation actually works.

Here’s what the new AI Workflow Testing process gives you:

✅ A Test workflow button after AI Builder creates or edits your workflow

✅ Two testing options: Enroll a contact or Test using events

✅ Live workflow statuses on the canvas, including Running, Success, Action skipped, and End

✅ A simple AI-written summary showing what ran, what was skipped, and whether anything went wrong

✅ Input and Output details for each tested workflow step

✅ A Run another test option after you make changes

For agencies, this is a big workflow quality-control upgrade.

You can ask AI Builder to create an automation, test it with an internal contact, spot missing data or skipped actions, make changes, and test again before going live.

That cuts down on guesswork and can save a lot of troubleshooting time later. 🔧

One thing you need to know before using it: these are real workflow tests.

If the workflow adds a tag, writes a note, or sends a message, those actions can actually happen during the test.

So if you do not want to reach a real customer, use your own contact or a dedicated test contact.
