Jan 17 - Workout B
I did my leg workout today, and a body scan. I realized that I wasn't consistent in what I wore for my previous body scans, so I'm counting this as my first one.
Interestingly, when I got home from my workout, my brain was a little fuzzy and I couldn't remember how to do some basic things I've done many times, like using my phone to scan in my body scan results. Was it because my muscles were pulling all my blood supply to them, leaving my brain and little short??
Due to my brain fog, I didn't record my workout numbers early in the day, so I'm recording these late in the day from memory:
Seated Leg Press: 8 @ 100 pounds ??
Seated Dips: 8 @ 50 lbs?
I won't try to log my protein for today, but I'll try to do so from now on.
