Introducing a new herd member

Hi all, in 3 weeks we are welcoming a new baby into the herd 🥰, another Fell, 2 year old gelding. I just want to run my plan by you all in case I am missing anything. They will all be out 24/7. We have 4 paddocks with tracks around and in between them all. The two paddocks nearest the stables are parallel to each other with a track in between. I thought I would have Breeze and Abby in the furthest one and pop new boy Odin into the closer one. They have been rested for a while so I am hoping the grass will keep them all focused a bit 😊. My next move would be for Breeze and Abby to go on the tracks around his paddock at this point they could meet over the fence and then when it is all a non adventure possibly Abby with him first and then Breeze. Does this sound ok for a plan? I really don’t want any injuries or broken fences 😏 Thanks all xx
