Todays lesson- rope and leading
Storm did so well today.. one full hour lesson using lead rope, new head collar and asking him to follow. He listened well and understood.
I am stronger on one side than the other so need to really work on this as I confused him.
I need to learn to be more concise when asking him to prevent this. I am so used to using liberty/my hand I am re learning myself too!!! ☺️
I will do some more tomor before I go back to work Thurs, so will see how he responds... practice makes perfect 👌🏻
Also worked on his first pole too and figure of 8 walking around the blocks which was amazing considering 2 wks ago he would not follow me/planted himself as he was unsure.
Today he actually looked at the head collar/rope and knew it was time for us to do something...a small win which I personally think is fabulous for little one 🐴💫
