🤩 Welcome to Get Fit Quick!
In this community, I will share some practical tips that can be used for busy people to spend less time working out and still get the most out of it! Here are the tips that you guys can use straightaway: - Focus on Compound lifts (Big muscles like chest & back, training them can also train arms) - Do supersets (Lat pulldown followed by Push-ups) - Implement Myoreps (Do 1 set close to failure, rest for 10 secs and do another set until failure) - Full-body or Upper Lower Split (You only need 2 - 3 times a week to train in this way) - Try Drop sets (Drop sets are like myoreps, but the weight is cut into half or less weight) What do you guys think of my thoughts? Any comments, feel free to give any suggestions and sharings Soon I will release some courses on the classroom and 1 on 1 online coaching session for accountability and personalised adjustment for your workout plan!

Quick question ‼️
I wonder if anyone here has workout plans? If yes, please let me know what you guys do, how many days in a week and what are your main goals? I'll start first. So currently, I am doing upper and lower body split. Training 3 - 4 times a week. Monday - Upper Tuesday - Lower Wednesday - Rest Thursday - Upper Friday - Lower (sometimes depends on my legs) Saturday - Active rest (walk) Sunday - Rest
