I wonder if anyone here has workout plans?
If yes, please let me know what you guys do, how many days in a week and what are your main goals?
I'll start first. So currently, I am doing upper and lower body split.
Training 3 - 4 times a week.
Monday - Upper
Tuesday - Lower
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Upper
Friday - Lower (sometimes depends on my legs)
Saturday - Active rest (walk)
Sunday - Rest
