R and R
Something I often time neglect is rest and recovery. Today I’m sick, I still want to go hard but if I do It’s only going to take me longer to get back to good health. So we compromise. An hour or two of extra sleep and a little less intense workout. Never quit completely. R and R is important, but so is remaining consistent even if it’s just a maintenance day and not a progress day.
