The pain of change.
When the pain of remaining the same becomes greater than the pain of change l, that’s when change will occur for most people.

Doing hard things.
Often time as humans we subconsciously avoid the difficult things in life if we can. It’s not an inherently bad thing because it’s just human nature to want to find the easiest way to do something. That being said we should all still push ourselves to do hard things from time to time. Last night I threw down a gauntlet for myself. I won’t get too far into specifics cause I’m not trying to impress anyone. I will tell you it took me 5 hours and I started at 9 pm after I got home from work. As a result I’m exhausted and depleted. I’m also relaxed and calm. These things go hand in hand. Do something hard and reap the benefits of a still mind.

The hard truth!
The truth is most days you are not gunna want to go to the gym. Most days you won’t want to do all your chores/habits. If you keep showing up regardless of your desire to relax and take a break your rewards compound like money. The more days in a row you can stack back to back, the faster you will reach your goals. #5AMCLUB

Habit ques!
If you are struggling to get a habit to stick, an easy solution is to make the que for said habit obvious. I struggled to eat anything before my workouts and as a result my lifts and my gains suffered. Now I prepare what I’m going to eat before and during my workout the night prior so I have no excuse when the time to perform my new habit comes. What is one que you use to help make your habits easier? Comment down below ⬇️
