Role Overview
In this fully virtual, performance-driven role, you will be responsible for expanding AEHP’s reach by driving new business across our core platforms. Your primary focus will be outreach, relationship development, and conducting live virtual demonstrations that convert prospective clients into active partners, organizations, and enrolled learners.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual networking
- Identify and engage decision-makers across healthcare, education, long-term care, and community sectors
- Lead virtual product demonstrations (e.g., Zoom, Teams), clearly presenting platform value and outcomes
- Tailor presentations to diverse audiences including administrators, educators, and clinical leaders
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and closing conversations
- Track outreach, demonstrations, and sales activity accurately
- Collaborate with AEHP leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategy
- Represent AEHP with professionalism, authenticity, and alignment with our mission
Performance Expectations
- Maintain consistent outreach activity on a daily and weekly basis
- Conduct approximately 5 or more virtual demonstrations per week
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions
- Continuously strengthen product knowledge and sales approach
Compensation Structure
- This is a 100% commission-based, fully remote position
- You will earn 20% commission on all closed and paid sales, including:
- Commission is calculated based on the total contract value
- This role offers uncapped earning potential, with no cap on income
Earnings Potential (Illustrative Examples)
- 4 deals/month at $1,000 = $4,000 sales → $800 commission
- 6 deals/month at $2,500 = $15,000 sales → $3,000 commission
- 8 deals/month at $5,000 = $40,000 sales → $8,000 commission
- 1 enterprise deal at $25,000 → $5,000 commission
