AEHP is committed to advancing healthcare professionals through mentorship, leadership, and purpose-driven innovation. Our work spans multiple platforms designed to expand access, improve outcomes, and support underserved populations. These include the Neurodivergent Virtual Learning Platform (NVLP), the Behavioral Health Crisis Platform (BHCP) and Crisis Training, and the Anti-Bullying Platform (ABP), each built to deliver meaningful, scalable impact across healthcare, education, and community systems. Role Overview In this fully virtual, performance-driven role, you will be responsible for expanding AEHP’s reach by driving new business across our core platforms. Your primary focus will be outreach, relationship development, and conducting live virtual demonstrations that convert prospective clients into active partners, organizations, and enrolled learners. Core Responsibilities - Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual networking - Identify and engage decision-makers across healthcare, education, long-term care, and community sectors - Lead virtual product demonstrations (e.g., Zoom, Teams), clearly presenting platform value and outcomes - Tailor presentations to diverse audiences including administrators, educators, and clinical leaders - Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads - Schedule and conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and closing conversations - Track outreach, demonstrations, and sales activity accurately - Collaborate with AEHP leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategy - Represent AEHP with professionalism, authenticity, and alignment with our mission Performance Expectations - Maintain consistent outreach activity on a daily and weekly basis - Conduct approximately 5 or more virtual demonstrations per week - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and closing skills - Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions - Continuously strengthen product knowledge and sales approach

Invitation to Participate: Raising Autism Series
I would like to extend an invitation to interested members to participate in our Raising Autism series, a collaborative storytelling and education initiative centered on the lived experiences, expertise, and voices within the Neurodivergent community. This series is being created to uplift Neurodivergent individuals, parents and caregivers, educators, clinicians, advocates, and everyday families. Our goal is to share honest, diverse perspectives that increase understanding, reduce stigma, and support families at every stage of their Neurodivergent journey. We are currently seeking: - Neurodivergent individuals willing to share their experiences and insights - Neurodivergent parents, caregivers, and families navigating everyday life - Professionals and experts (educators, therapists, clinicians, researchers, advocates) who support neurodivergent individuals and families Participation include interviews, panel discussions, or other collaborative formats, depending on your comfort and availability. All contributions will be handled with care, respect, and a commitment to ethical storytelling and inclusion.
