Tax Avoidance schemes
Those of you who have been at our meetings or heard @Martin Wardle talk about these schemes will not be surprised to hear that HMRC have issued a notice that these schemes do not work!
Particularly the use of a LLP to then be changed into a Limited Company to avoid CGT'
If you have been advised by any of the "Guru's" to use a scheme I would advise you to seek professional advice asap before HMRC hit you with a raft of fine, interest and charges! Martin would be a good place to start!!
