Bird of paradise needs to rise up again
I just removed the entire plant from 40 yrs of growth/death. I’m cleaning all the old dead roots and since it’s supposed to rain soon, I want to create that cavity it was in, dump my entire cooler of soil & coco coir plus vermiculite and Leca if needed.
Once it back in place, should I let it rest? Let the rain do its job in settling it in? It has never been fertilized EVER!
I have a few pups with no roots that I can see so can I possibly add liquid growth to water and pray?
