LAST DAY to Order! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š
Todayโ€™s the day, PGS! ๐ŸŒฟ Final chance to grab โ€œI Would Rather Talk To My Plantsโ€ฆ They Listen.โ€ The order window closes tonight. Don't set yourself up for regrets! ๐Ÿ‘‰ Order here before itโ€™s gone: I Would Rather Talk To My Plants... They Listen ๐Ÿ’š If youโ€™ve already ordered - THANK YOU! Post in the group and let us know youโ€™re officially part of the plant-talking club. This one was pure community magic and I canโ€™t wait to see it popping up in gardens everywhere.

๐ŸŒฟ Houseplants That Donโ€™t Mind Winterโ€™s Low Light
Winter light can feel downright stingy. Short days. Gray skies. Sun that barely clears the horizon. If your plants seem unimpressed right now, itโ€™s not personal, itโ€™s physics. The good news? Some houseplants are totally unfazed by winterโ€™s low-light mood. They donโ€™t sulk, stretch, or throw dramatic leaf tantrums. They justโ€ฆ keep going. ๐ŸŒฑ ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ โ€œ๐‹๐จ๐ฐ ๐‹๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญโ€ ๐‘๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Œ๐ž๐š๐ง๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐–๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ Low light doesnโ€™t mean no light, t usually means: * North-facing windows * Rooms set back from windows * Overcast winter days * Short daylight hours In winter, even โ€œbrightโ€ windows can behave like low-light spots. Thatโ€™s where the right plants make all the difference. ๐Ÿชด ๐‡๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฉ๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐“๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐‡๐š๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ž ๐‹๐จ๐ฐ ๐‹๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐‹๐ข๐ค๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฌ These plants wonโ€™t grow fast right nowโ€”but they wonโ€™t fall apart either. ๐’๐ง๐š๐ค๐ž ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ญ * Tough as nails * Handles shade, dry air, and missed waterings * Perfect for bedrooms and darker corners ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฌ * Still trails even in lower light (just slower) * Tells you when itโ€™s thirsty instead of silently suffering * A great confidence booster plant ๐™๐™ ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ญ * Stores energy in thick roots * Thrives on neglect * One of the best โ€œwinter survivorโ€ plants ๐‚๐š๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ˆ๐ซ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ญ * Lives up to its name * Doesnโ€™t mind dim rooms or cool temps * Excellent for steady, no-drama growth ๐๐ž๐š๐œ๐ž ๐‹๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ (๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฉ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž) * Survives low light, pauses blooming * Dramatically droops when thirsty (helpful reminder!) * Focuses on leaf health in winter Even tough plants slow down in winter. Thatโ€™s normal. You may notice: * Fewer new leaves * Longer gaps between watering * Slower overall growth What you shouldnโ€™t see: * Rapid yellowing * Mushy stems * Sudden leaf drop If you do, light probably isnโ€™t the issueโ€”watering usually is. These trip up even experienced plant parents: * Overwatering (plants use less water now) * Fertilizing too soon (wait for spring growth)

It's Ground Hog Day! Shadow = More Winter, No Shadow = More Light
Groundhog Day isnโ€™t really about the groundhog, itโ€™s about light. Whether he sees his shadow or not, the truth is this: Your plants are already getting more daylight than they were in January. Even a few extra minutes of light helps kickstart root activity and slow growth recovery. They respond to daylight, not predictions and Februaryโ€™s longer days are already sending โ€œwake up soonโ€ signals underground. Whether the groundhog sees his shadow or notโ€ฆ Your plants already survived the hardest part of winter. That alone deserves applause
