October Training Is Live: Choose Your Path 🚀
The October programs are officially live in the Classroom Tab. We have three distinct paths depending on your experience and goals! Get a head start of the new month today! 📅 The Programs: - 🟡 Full Body Tempo Block (3-Day Split): A new stimulus for the beginner arc — every working set now carries a prescribed tempo (e.g. 3-1-1-0 = 3 second lowering, 1 second pause at the stretch, 1 second lift, no pause at the top). Loads drop to roughly 60 to 70 percent of what last month's block used; the difficulty comes from the time under tension, not the weight. Forces you to control the rep with the target muscle rather than borrowing from momentum. - 🟠 Anterior / Posterior Chain (4-Day Split): A genuinely fresh structural approach after five months of Upper/Lower, Push/Pull and body-part splits. Day 1 and 3 train everything on the front of the body (quads, chest, front delts, biceps, abs); Day 2 and 4 train everything on the back (hamstrings, glutes, back, rear delts, calves). Antagonist recovery within the session lets each chain absorb higher volume without cross-inhibition. - 🔴 Arm Specialisation Block (5-Day Split): A classic advanced periodisation move — pick a lagging muscle group and hammer it with three direct sessions per week while everything else runs on maintenance volume. Arms are the target: dedicated Arms A (heavy) and Arms B (hypertrophy) days, plus embedded biceps and triceps supersets on chest, back and shoulder days. Legs drop to once per week at maintenance intensity to protect recovery. 4 to 6 week block, then rotate back to balanced training. Comment "I'M IN" below with the program you are starting so we can hold you accountable and offer support!

Saturday Stability: The "Windlass Mechanism" Arch-Lift Trigger 👣
Most people think shoes hold up their arch. But bending your big toe back tightens the plantar fascia and winches your arch up (the windlass mechanism), stiffening your foot to push off. Action Tip: Barefoot today, keep the ball of your foot down and lift your big toe 10 times per foot. That's "The Arch Winch". What's your current foot habit? Vote below, then comment: do you ever train barefoot?

Friday Fuel: The "Protein Leverage" Appetite Autopilot 🥩
Most people blame willpower when they overeat. But if protein is too low as a share of calories, your appetite stays on until you hit that protein target, so you keep eating. Action Tip: Build today's main meal around a palm of protein first, then add the rest. That's "The Protein Anchor". What's your current protein habit? Vote below, then comment: which meal is hardest to hit?
