Motivated

I honestly now believe 'motivated' as a concept is a farce. I did goal setting differently 2 years ago, the lady taking me through it, took me seven reasons deep in to my reason 'why'.

This reason comes down to providing the future my children deserve. I picked up some illness on Monday and it knocked me sideways. My bums are so sore 😂

Somehow I missed the call last night, what a bummer, I actually felt sadness. Today I'm here, going again, head pounding. I feel motivated to hide away and sleep, but my reasons why woke up and got stuck into their day regardless, and so I will follow suit.
