Hello, I started my biz 18 years ago as an Outsourced CFO and Biz Consultant. I get a somewhat regular stream of inquiries from entities needing funding. Currently, I have group purchasing a distressed business and they need to borrow off of the inventory in order to finance the purchase of 379,000SF of buildings, process equipment, and a 10-mile long railroad. I also have a contractor in TX needing to borrow $650,000 for 60 days and will put up $2.5M in real estate as collateral. Both ops are "Time is of the Essence". What can be done to quickly fund these projects?
