Hey Partner, I've been at this entrepreneur game for over 20 years now, it's crazy to see how quickly time passes. To be frank, in my first decade of entrepreneurship one of the reasons why I had boom and bust cycles and profitability and bankruptcy was due to poor business planning. You've probably heard the old adage, 'fail to prepare and prepare to fail" so the ability and know how to effectively create a business plan that you actually follow all year long vs one that is forgotten by Feb 15th plays a massive role in your business success. We've been fortunate to build an 8 figure business and it has not been by chance, it has largely been by design, there is a right way to build a business plan that produces results. It's more than just mechanics, you must have emotion, there needs to be something to inspire you to push forward through adversity that comes daily.
