2026 Business Plan Workshop Wed @ 4pm ET

Hey Partner,

I've been at this entrepreneur game for over 20 years now, it's crazy to see how quickly time passes.

To be frank, in my first decade of entrepreneurship one of the reasons why I had boom and bust cycles and profitability and bankruptcy was due to poor business planning.

You've probably heard the old adage, 'fail to prepare and prepare to fail" so the ability and know how to effectively create a business plan that you actually follow all year long vs one that is forgotten by Feb 15th plays a massive role in your business success.

We've been fortunate to build an 8 figure business and it has not been by chance, it has largely been by design, there is a right way to build a business plan that produces results.

It's more than just mechanics, you must have emotion, there needs to be something to inspire you to push forward through adversity that comes daily.

Whether it's flying down to Brazil for 11 days so my wife and I could meet the people that touched our sons life for 2 years and then paragliding off the mountains of Rio down to the Copacabana beach or hanging with the love of your life at events across the country from Boston to Phoenix or coaching your son's team to a football championship (all of which I did in 2025), these things don't happen by chance, they were part of my vision to create an epic family life in 2025.

2026 planning already has my 5 kids, my wife and I heading to Playa in late January and our Funding Machine community having our first live event in Vegas at the end of February! Both of those were part of my 2025 plan and are now booked!

Last year I vowed that by the end of 2025, we'd have 1M in recurring revenue in our business, as we come to the end of 2025, we sit at 2M in recurring revenue!
