Just wanted to share with you all that I had a really great call with a client today about buying a Mobile Home and RV Park. It started out as being a potential Morby/Stack deal but learned that the borrower really didn't need transactional funding. Going through it some more there's the possibility that it could turn into an equity deal for me (fingers crossed). Point being, you don't know what the result will be until you take a chance and just pick up the phone.
