👋 New Member Intro
I'm Barbara Downey and I live in Cleveland, Ohio. I started in Gator in November 2025. Other than having purchased personal homes, I have no real estate background. Like everyone else, I'm sure, I'm ready to make money!
I wish I would have started in real estate a long time ago, but it seems everyone around me focused on buy & hold. Landlording was never something I wanted to do. Creative real estate felt too daunting. But I think the lending side suits me better, at least as an entry point. I'm excited to eventually join SubTo.
I really want to improve my financial IQ.
I'd love to remain a night owl, but I'm finding that I'm much more productive in the morning.
