EMD vetting
This guy is asking for EMD and then he says he's vetting me and real quick funds... am I a total newbie or is this crazy? I think real quick funds are the ones that should be vetting him and not the other way around, since he's the one looking for funds.
I’d think the lender providing the funds should be the one doing the vetting, not the borrower.
