Breakfast today was classic, and that’s always a winner 🏅
I don’t have a running workout today, but a strength training session. So I can have a more substantial breakfast, with more protein and fats.
My favorite is oatmeal. So easy and quick to prepare. And best of all, it’s balanced and complete (it has carbs + protein + fat).
Actually, I think the best part is that you can add whatever toppings you want. I always try to include 3 different fruits to get more vitamins and minerals, and some nut butter.
