My biggest takeaway is money is equal to and really greater than time in scaling. If you have access to more money, you can save much more time.

My biggest concern/challenge is scaling too quickly. If you grow too quick you may not be able to manage it well. Also if you rely on credit card intro rates for too long you end up in a bind eventually if you can't flip that to a longer term stable interest rate.
