My honest feedback on the mini-course
This course completely opened my eyes to what is possible. I had no idea about the problems or solutions to business funding. This is the answer to many of the problems I’m running into right now in my business when obtaining capital in order for it to grow. Also this will get me access and the ability to start and grow my real estate portfolio. Thanks so much for all the info! I can’t believe that this was free! I would’ve paid money for it given that it provided so much value. You over-delivered on an offer that I couldn’t refuse!!!
3. Predictable Funding Machine Assignment as a business owner and RE investor
My biggest takeaway is that there are certain business credit cards that report on your personal credit report and that this is not always the same as a personal guarantee. Also the banks look at your overall credit profile and not just your credit scores. My biggest concern/challenge is learning the real estate side of things. The funding part seems pretty clear now after watching these trainings.

2. $1 Million In Funding Assignment (as a business owner/RE investor)
My biggest takeaway is that business loans are the best types of loans and I need to learn more about business funding so that I can fund my investments My biggest concern/challenge is figuring out how and where to find this type of funding so that I can get started. Also I’m new to sub to. The only property I own currently is a house I used to live in that is breaking even but I want to go all in on real estate investing if it still makes sense in 2026.
