Title: 3. Predictable Funding Machine Assignment (as an entrepreneur/property/business builder)
My biggest takeaway is money is greater than time in business building, and knowledge is power in getting funding through the roof. My biggest concern/challenge is personal credit and early business credit mistakes. I need to clean up some personal and early business goofs to optimize for future expansion.

$1 Million In Funding Assignment (as a property/business owner)
My biggest takeaway is getting money is possible, and the more you get the better your returns and access can be. My biggest concern/challenge is ensuring ventures going forward make money so that each opportunity gives a return, so that it doesn't need the next to be there to keep the previous going forward. Ie I don't want to have to get the next deal to fund my last deal.

Time Traveler Assignment- as a property owner -Charles Stutzman
My biggest takeaway is money is equal to and really greater than time in scaling. If you have access to more money, you can save much more time. My biggest concern/challenge is scaling too quickly. If you grow too quick you may not be able to manage it well. Also if you rely on credit card intro rates for too long you end up in a bind eventually if you can't flip that to a longer term stable interest rate.

Hello my name is Charles Stutzman, and I was an engineer till I jumped into real estate full time. I have flipped every house I have lived in in the last 20 years, and now am using those skills to flip rentals into my portfolio, although I would like to be able to take some on that don't require flips to get to cash flow quicker. Multifamily is my focus, and potentially even new builds to maximy returns.
